If your needs require we can give you one or more dedicated resources that work on any project you direct them to.  There are many advantages and reasons why this model may work better for you.  Some of those are:

• You have several projects that need annual maintenance but very little work during the year
• You get a request for a change in your software that your current in-house staff cannot take on
• You don't have the office space but need a dedicated resource regardless
• You already have in-house project managers and you only need developers
• Your need for a dedicated resource is for only a short time and you need it quickly
• One of your in-house staff departs leaving your resources low until you have time to rehire someone

There are many others as well but I'm sure you see how a dedicated resource might be a "quick-fix" for some situations.
